Article: Writing Center Lit Review
Abstract
This lit review looks at the most pertinent studies from the last 50 years, done to test the effectiveness of University Writing Centers. The literature indicates that Writing Centers have an overall positive perception from faculty and students, and that the instruction received in Writing Centers is at least as effective in improving academic writing as the instruction received in university classrooms.
