Article: Sherlock Holmes: Psychopath?

Abstract:

In order to create the perfect detective, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle created the perfect Modernist man. Cold, rational, and transcending human attachments. In so-doing, he happened to create a textbook psychopath. This article explores the nature of the fictional detective and how he fits the psychological profile of a psychopath.
